hope you like the pics I'm still working on my tank its never finished and with little money will take some time to do so. I do a 50 per cent water change every two weeks add calcium every day and iodine strontium weekly one of my biggest problems is algae that's because i don't have a reverse osmosis water purifier my aim is to get pink coralline algae this stuff is the good algae it takes a combination of time lighting and calcium.I'm hoping soon to put a bubble anemone in then bye a new lighting system
I'm also adding some mangrove seeds these will form a plant and help to take the nitrate out of the water.and a watchman goby peppermint shrimps crabs snapping shrimp
Well ive had a quiete relaxing day today spent most of it in bed looking forward to going to newcastle tomorrow to the drop in this has been a reallifeline to me gives me chance to escape to a bit of normanaty in life till then bye.

MY HOBBY

Well here i am again to tell you a bit about my hobby Ive been a marine Aquarist for the past 20 years my recent tank below is about 7 months old this is my 4Th tank i find it challenging at times also expensive although i get a lot of help and knowledge from kidsgrove aquatics over the years who have always been there to guide me along withe there experience.Ive got to know them well like Friends to me its a shop id recommend to anyone i also find it stressful sometimes and challenging. But at the end product very therapeutic and relaxing to watch mind boggling at times when things go wrong but with the help of the Internet and kidsgrove tropicals on hand i get by. hi hope you like my web page just tell you a bit about myself Ive had quite a eventful last 15 years been to mind on numerous occasions with anxiety and depression have moved house 4
times in the past 15 years ive have just moved these past 12 months my flat was damp and i lost everything that i had from mould the only good thing that came out of it was my personal protest taking on stoke on Trent council with the help of the sentinel and getting another flat
i get lonely at times and don't seem to have the confidence of living a normal life like most people been on my own for the past 30 years i feel time is running out for me to spend the rest of my life in a loving relationship have started to go to the mind drop ins lately run by Janka and carol met some really nice people there an doing jigsaws walking which i really love if i were not doing that i would be sitting in my flat just watching TV i hope you like some of my music it says a lot to me over the years about the way i feel inside well very soon i will be telling you a bit about my hobby which i have done for the past 20 years hope you get some enjoyment from this so till then bye.
