Hi Dave
I can relate to doing my best, yet still feeling ignored. When I realised that this was a regular event, I decide it was time to meet people who didn't undermine me. So I sought out folks who believed in mutual respect. That is why I think it so positive that you have social-networked with people I consider kind and caring.
I too, enjoy some 'chill out' time. Listening to music helps me relax. I think your aquarium hobby is most fascinating and very therapeutic. We are here for you, my friend. Kind regards Klahanie.

Hi Dave,

I do understand how you feel, because I have felt those same feelings myself in the past, but I do assure you they will pass,(although you may not think so at the moment)
You are 'the best you can be' and that is perfectly fine and OK.
If there are people that do not seem to 'get this' it says more about them than it does you!
I send you my very best wishes Dave.....D x

hya dave,

sorry its been so long!

sum 1 sed to me the other day that apparently its been provn that the most relaxing thing for the brain is to snorcul( not sure how to spell this!) i've never done it but i think i'm gona giv it a go!

I'm sorry that you feel ignored dave, i suppose the only pearl of wisdom (if you can call it that) that i can offer is that its always best to do things that are good for you and make you happy that way it doesn't matter if any1 else notices or not!? Klahanie is right too, its important to spend time and energy on people who matter to you and that you matter to, that way you do matter, as you offer support to others at difficult times and are equally supported back!

take care dave
